Massage |
Massage
does more than just reduce muscle tension
and improve your range of motion. A one-hour
massage can boost
your immune system, balance your hormones, and increase your
circulation. |

What
To Expect
- Health
History Review—Your
massage therapist will review your completed health information
sheet and discuss your expectations and special areas of interest
- Getting
Comfortable—After
undressing in private, you will lie down on the massage table
under a sheet, which your
therapist will use to keep you covered during the session. Sessions
are 30-60 minutes
- Communicating—During
the massage, the therapist will check in with you about the
pressure level and make sure you’re
comfortable. At the end of the session, the therapist will leave
you to dress in private, returning with a glass of water for
you to drink

“During the session, be sure to tell
me if there's anything I can do to make you more comfortable. More
or less pressure...too warm or too cool. Just let me know.”
